The Friends of Sot’s Hole

Sot's Hole is on Church Vale (off Hallam Street), Lyndon, West Bromwich. B71 4BS.

The entrance to the wood is marked by an ornate kissing gate near the large metal bluebell.

Parking for visitors is located in the Visitor Car Park at Eaton Valley Primary School, just a few metres from Sot's Hole from where you can follow the footpath to Park Farm or go to the street entrance of the reserve along the pavement.

There is also limited and restricted (single yellow line) on road parking near the street entrance to the reserve.

Sot's Hole is only a few minutes drive from West Bromwich. Alternatively the nearby Sandwell Hospital is well served by buses, from where Sot's Hole is only a short walk. Visit Network West Midlands for more information
